For email and online support requests, you will receive a ticket submission confirmation. We strive to address all support requests with 2 hours. When submitting your requests, please include all the details possible:

  • Vehicle number or device serial number
  • Any screenshots of the issue
  • Photos of the Geotab device showing installation
  • Describe the lights displayed on the Geotab device

Have you performed a Go device reset?
Locate the device in the vehicle unplug and re-plug back in the device Make sure the red, green and blue lights are turned on and stable. Check on the communication status to ensure the issue has been resolved. You can also check here .
